Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USDT Matrix Boost X Simulator (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.matrix.boost.simulator.vii, provided by SK App Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Simulation-Only Service

The Application is a fictional virtual-mining simulator provided solely for entertainment purposes. It does not perform cryptocurrency mining on your device or through a remote or cloud-mining service. It does not connect to a blockchain, mining pool, cryptocurrency exchange or real cryptocurrency wallet.

2. Virtual Features Have No Monetary Value

All balances, USD estimates, hashrates, hourly rates, rewards, multipliers, payouts, mining cycles, rig levels, vault entries, session identifiers and history records displayed in the Application are fictional simulation elements.

These virtual elements:

  • Are not real USDT, money, tokens or digital assets

  • Have no cash or monetary value

  • Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, exchanged, sold, redeemed or converted

  • Cannot be sent to a wallet, exchange, bank account or another user

  • Do not represent ownership of cryptocurrency, mining equipment or mining power

The words “wallet,” “vault,” “payout,” “harvest,” “reward,” “USD value,” “hashrate,” “rig,” and similar terms describe fictional app mechanics only.

3. No Earnings or Financial Services

The Application does not offer or guarantee income, profits, investment returns, passive earnings or financial rewards. Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. You must not make financial decisions based on simulated values or activities shown in the Application.

4. Mining Cycles and Daily Rewards

Mining cycles, daily check-ins, streak multipliers, simulated payouts and rewards are entertainment features only. Completing a cycle, streak or milestone does not entitle you to money, cryptocurrency, goods or services.

We may change, reset, suspend or discontinue cycle durations, reward values, multipliers, streak rules, rig statistics and other simulation mechanics as the Application evolves.

5. Local Progress and Factory Reset

Simulation progress is stored locally on your device. Using the factory-reset feature, clearing app data, uninstalling the Application, changing devices, device failure, software updates or technical errors may permanently remove your virtual balance, streaks and history.

Because all values are fictional and have no monetary value, SK App Studio has no obligation to restore, reimburse, replace or compensate for lost simulation progress.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity

  • Manipulate timers, local storage, virtual balances, rewards or app functionality

  • Misrepresent app screenshots or fictional balances as proof of real mining, cryptocurrency ownership, earnings or payment

  • Attempt unauthorized access to remote configurations, servers or services

  • Damage, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits it

7. Third-Party Links

The Application may provide links to policy, support or other external pages. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SK App Studio does not control or accept responsibility for their independent content, availability, security or practices.

8. Intellectual Property and Non-Affiliation

The Application's original software, design, text, graphics and other content provided by SK App Studio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Application according to these Terms.

USDT, Tether and related names, symbols and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a fictional simulation does not indicate affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership. SK App Studio is not affiliated with Tether Operations Limited, any cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, blockchain network, mining pool or cloud-mining service.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, reset, suspend or discontinue any part of the Application where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product changes, technical reasons or legal compliance. We do not guarantee that the Application or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SK App Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Application, including loss of local simulation progress. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Age and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to accept these Terms. If you are a minor, you may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to protect the Application, address abuse, comply with law or discontinue the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Application, applicable requirements or our practices. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
